Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) in Mexico, MO to provide 1:1 skilled care to clients in their homes. We currently have immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts, offering flexible scheduling and meaningful work that makes a real difference in the lives of others.

Your Role:

+ Deliver personalized, skilled nursing care in a home setting

+ Monitor and document patient conditions using electronic charting

+ Communicate with families and educate them as needed

+ Attend training and collaborate with the care team

Qualifications:

+ Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently

+ Evening and/or weekend availability
