What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver skilled nursing care in the home according to individualized care plans

+ Monitor and document patient conditions using electronic charting

+ Educate and support clients and families

+ Collaborate with care teams and attend training as needed

Qualifications:

+ Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State

+ Availability for part-time day shifts

+ Compassionate, professional, and dependable

+ Strong communication and time management skills

+ Ability to work independently
