    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide skilled, compassionate care in the home setting

    + Follow and contribute to the individualized plan of care

    + Monitor, document, and report patient conditions using electronic charting

    + Educate and support clients and families

    + Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with your care team

    What You’ll Need:

    + Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State

    + Availability for one or more of the following: days, evenings, overnights, weekends

    + Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

    + A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
