What You’ll Do:

+ Provide skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans

+ Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting

+ Support and educate clients and their families

+ Collaborate with care teams and attend required training

What You’ll Need:

+ Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State

+ Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills

+ A compassionate, professional, and self-motivated approach

+ Availability for evening shifts (part-time or PRN)
