What You’ll Do:

+ Provide skilled nursing care according to a custom care plan

+ Monitor, document, and report patient conditions during overnight hours

+ Support and educate clients and their families

+ Use electronic charting and communicate with your care team

Qualifications:

+ Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State

+ Availability for overnight shifts

+ Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills

+ A caring, professional approach with strong independence and time management
