What You’ll Do:

+ Provide personalized, skilled nursing care in a home environment

+ Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting

+ Educate and support clients and their families

+ Participate in team collaboration and required training

What You’ll Need:

+ Active Missouri or Compact State nursing license (LPN or RN)

+ Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
