    What You’ll Do:

    + Deliver skilled nursing care based on the individualized plan of care

    + Monitor, document, and report patient status using electronic charting

    + Support and educate patients and families in the home setting

    + Collaborate with care teams and participate in ongoing training

    What You’ll Need:

    + Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State

    + Weekend availability (day and/or overnight shifts)

    + Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

    + Ability to work independently with a compassionate and professional approach
