What You’ll Do:

+ Deliver skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans

+ Monitor, document, and report patient conditions using electronic charting

+ Educate and support patients and families

+ Collaborate with the care team and attend ongoing training

Qualifications:

+ Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State

+ Availability for full-time day shift

+ Compassionate, professional, and reliable

+ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
