Job Title: Production Coordinator – Product Social

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join a fast-paced Creative Team within a Content Studio. This role supports the production of daily content across multiple social media platforms for official brand channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and has experience collaborating with global creative teams to deliver high-quality content. This role requires strong communication skills, technical fluency in social platforms, and a deep understanding of production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support: Coordinate daily pre-production, production, and post-production timelines. Assist with services agreements, purchase orders, licensing, and release forms. Track project estimates and expenses; provide budget updates and recommendations.

Project and Editorial Management: Support editorial calendar planning and ensure data accuracy. Maintain and update team resources and documentation. Coordinate workflows with freelancers and external partners.

Content Operations: Manage transcription and translation services. Oversee shipping logistics and equipment/media handling. Track inventory and rentals. Manage media archiving and QA of final deliverables. Publish content across social platforms and support media and community operations.

Qualifications

4+ years of production experience, ideally in social-first environments. Proven ability to coordinate editorial video production for social media. Experience across multiple formats including short-form, narrative, documentary, and branded content. Familiarity with licensing, contracts, and legal workflows. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Experience managing external creative and production vendors. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-starter environment. Deep understanding of social media platforms, publishing tools, and project management software. Ability to uphold and enforce editorial standards. Resourceful and capable of delivering high-quality content with limited resources.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
