Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the front line of support for EZ Pass customers. Responsibilities include:

+ Handling inbound calls from current and prospective customers

+ Processing new applications and payments via phone

+ Documenting inquiries, updating customer account information, and managing follow-up correspondence

+ Performing account maintenance including changes, adjustments, and statement requests

+ Clearly explaining account terms, policies, and procedures

+ Preparing daily reports, including activity logs and cash-out summaries

+ Proactively resolving customer concerns and offering expert guidance

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
