Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shifts – Exact hours provided at onboarding)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a CSR, you'll be the friendly voice customers count on. From helping callers manage accounts to processing payments and resolving questions, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service that keeps people moving. You’ll also handle data entry, update account info, and send email/mailing correspondence—all while making each customer feel heard and cared for.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

+ Answering calls and assisting current and new EZ Pass customers

+ Managing account changes, requests, and payment processing

+ Explaining terms, conditions, and procedures clearly

+ Preparing daily activity reports and transaction summaries

+ Providing quick, effective solutions with a positive attitude

+ Excellent data entry skills and computer literacy

+ Friendly and professional demeanor

+ Previous customer service experience (Call center a plus!)

+ Dependable attendance and punctuality

+ Reliable transportation or access to a bus route

+ HS Diploma or GED (Required for onboarding)

Experience Level: Entry Level – No prior call center experience needed!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
