Job Description:

You will be trained on New Business and the Dental Select programs and will be in charge of processing new cases and following compliance guidelines to review and make informed decisions. Will be tasked with reviewing compliance of agents to assure they are licensed correctly for the work performed and accurate commissions are given.

In this role, you will perform data entry that impacts agent's commissions and must be correct. Deadline driven part of the role where all commissions must be processed by month end. Quality is a huge part of this role - 1 out of every 6 pieces of work completed will be sent to audit for QA.

Multi tasking and prioritizing job duties is huge in this role. Will be juggle multiple roles and responsibilities and must be following up on priority duties but also staying organized to assure there is follow up for other roles.

This role is heavy volume with busy season fast approaching (October-February). Will have no direct contact with customers - all processing and back office support work.

Some phone work is required (12-15 calls a day a most) Very quality centered. Looking for candidates with previous office experience as the work environment can be demanding and is production oriented. Also prefer candidates with customer service background and strong communication skills - will be responding to emails, collecting additional information and juggling production work as well.

Daily Duties:

+ Process & review licensing, appointing, terminations, and investigation paperwork for brokers, sales reps, and internal associates.

+ Ensure compliance with State Insurance Department's

+ Process agent record changes in a timely manner

+ Processing and maintain commission agreements on GMR internal system they use)

+ Follow up on incomplete paperwork, and process electronic fund transfer of commissions.

+ Handle multiple different types of requests that come through via email

Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma

Data Entry/Processing Experience - 1 year

Experience working with Microsoft Excel (Basic)

High Attention to Detail and accuracy

Previous office experience - 1+ years

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
