As an **Enterprise Rotational Development Associate** , you will participate in three one-year assignments across key areas of our global business — gaining broad enterprise knowledge and contributing to high-impact projects along the way.
Rotations may take place across a range of functions, including:
+ **Commercial Organization** (e.g., Virtual Sales, Commercial Operations)
+ **Corporate Functions** (e.g., Finance, Strategy, HR, Quality)
+ **Supply Chain** (e.g., Planning, Procurement, or Manufacturing Support)
Each rotation is designed to strengthen your functional expertise, leadership capability, and understanding of how Dentsply Sirona operates across diverse business areas. With meaningful exposure to executive leaders and real-world business challenges, this program offers an exceptional foundation for future growth within the organization.

Qualifications / Requirements
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
+ Minimum GPA of 3.0
+ Demonstrated leadership experience
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence
+ Exposure to various business systems or technology platforms
+ Project management exposure or experience
+ Willingness and ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
