Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly

Compensation: up to $64,410/year

Primary responsibilities include:

+ Conduct assessments on clients to assess their mental health needs.

+ Provide psychotherapy to those individuals to address those needs.

+ Perform and conform with medication self-administration with oversight duties as per policy.

+ Collaborate with the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to address medication management issues.

+ Facilitate consultation and referrals with other providers.

+ Provide therapeutic intervention services when needed.

+ Provide case management services to support clients linkages to the community.

+ Must be able to maintain documentation in accordance with OASAS standards, maintain client confidentiality, as well as strong staff/client boundaries, and high ethical standards.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

+ One of the following certifications is required: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or NCC. Must maintain license/crednetials at all times.

+ Minimum of one year experience in Substance Use Disorder Treatment or Mental Health Counseling. Experience with multiple age groups and various treatment modalities preferred.
