Responsibilities
The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Operations, Metro Therapy is responsible for the overall management of financial performance, budgets, productivity and utilization, staff relations, quality control, customer satisfaction, marketing, and adherence to policies, procedures, and professional standards established by Powerback Pediatrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Financial Management:
1. Manages the region's budget and ensures profitability.
2. Contributes to annual budgeting and forecasting, looking for growth opportunities.
3. Monitors accounts receivable to ensure consistent and sustainable cash collections.
4. Collaborates with executive leadership to define and achieve regional performance targets and manage profit and loss (P&L).
Business Development and Growth:
1. Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand services and market presence.
2. Manages and assists with marketing Powerback Pediatrics to therapists, contract leads, and regional communities.
Communication and Culture:
1. Ensures all staff communications align with Powerback's philosophy and mission.
2. Creates a positive work environment that attracts and retains talent, fostering high morale.
Staffing and Operations:
1. Directs and coordinates hiring with recruiting to align with company values and growth strategy.
2. Recommends appropriate clinical staffing levels for the region's operations.
3. Provides guidance and oversight to the operational team.
4. Manages clinical productivity and efficiency of therapists.
5. Ensures appropriate licensure and/or credentialing for field staff.
6. Conducts management and field staff meetings as needed.
7. Investigates, follows up on, and helps resolve staff, service, and patient-related issues.
8. Offers direction and support to administrative staff, field staff, and contract therapists.
Compliance and Quality:
1. Guides and directs the development and implementation of quality assurance, training, and clinical programs.
2. Ensures therapy compliance, excellence, and patient care delivery adhere to all regulations (Powerback Pediatrics, federal, state, and local).
Stakeholder and Contract Management:
1. Communicates with contract stakeholders to update service agreements and coordinates requests and amendments.
2. Communicates and interacts with key contract stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with care delivery.
Reporting:
1. Generates reports as requested by the SVP and Powerback Leadership.
General:
1. Adheres to established confidentiality standards.
2. Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in healthcare with two (2) years of supervisory experience.

6. Must be knowledgeable about the reimbursement system as it relates to pediatric rehabilitation services.
Posted Salary Range
USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
