As a Product Manager in Business Banking Wires, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cash management products, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and execution. This role is central to our efforts in redefining how small businesses optimize their cash flows through innovative product strategies and market expansion. As a core leader, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision for the Wires product, as well as spearheading other strategic initiatives, such as cash management pricing strategies, to enhance our market share. You will join the team at a transformative time and will lead efforts to re-imagine our cash management offerings, focusing on strategic positioning, client experience enhancement, and sales optimization.
Job Responsibilities
+ Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement strategic processes to analyze product usage and trends, identify product gaps, and enhance offerings. Formulate long-term product strategies and manage roadmaps to align with business goals.
+ Operating Model: Develop and implement a strategic operating model that supports the efficient delivery and scaling of cash management products. This includes defining processes, roles, and responsibilities that align with strategic objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure product success.
+ P&L Ownership: Take charge of the P&L (Profit & Loss) across 40+ Cash Management product lines, with a strategic focus on driving financial and operational results that align with long-term business objectives.
+ Control Environment: Establish and maintain a robust control environment, strategically partnering with agile product teams to ensure comprehensive testing, validation, and issue resolution.
+ Commercialization Efforts: Lead strategic commercialization efforts, ensuring products and capabilities are market-ready for Business Banking clients. Collaborate closely with Field Sales Strategy, Marketing, and other key areas to optimize market penetration.
+ Technical Acumen: Collaborate with technical teams to strategically understand system integrations, ensuring a seamless end-to-end solution that enhances user experience.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably working with Treasury Services products.
+ Strong financial and business acumen with a strong bias towards practical execution.
+ Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with business partners.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Versatile personality type with high resiliency and a commitment to success, and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
