    Job Summary

    Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Associate. In this role you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and organizing existing and new inventory as it comes in and goes out. Additionally, you will ship out packages via best way, and coordinate all shipping/receiving tracking information.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.

    + Check in all UPS and Fed Ex deliveries.

    + Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition.

    + Pull inventory for jobs and work orders.

    + Receive in all inventory and RMA items when they come in and put away in the proper locations

    + Work with Parts Group on orders and processing as needed

    + General cleaning and repairs around the warehouse.

    + Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations

    + Maintain and keep accurate current inventory level counts.

    + Put MRO’s together for low level inventory items.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Must operate and maintain company equipment in a safe manner at all times

    + Prior experience in a warehouse a plus

    + Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

    + Must be able to multi-task

    + Good communication and organizational skill

    + Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
