**Location:** Jackson, WY

**Pay:** Starting at **$23.00/hour** + **$1,000 sign-on bonus** after 90 days

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving and product knowledge? Join Ferguson as a **Counter Sales Representative** and help customers find the right solutions for their projects. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your contributions make a real impact—and where you’ll have room to grow.

•** **What You’ll Do

+ Assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs

+ Process orders using our **order management system**

+ Operate **cash registers** and follow cash handling procedures

+ Prepare and stage orders for **customer pickup**

+ Maintain store appearance and **merchandising standards**

+ Restock merchandise and ensure proper placement

+ Maintain a **safe and organized** work environment

•** **What You Bring

+ 1–3 years of experience (preferred)

+ Basic product knowledge (preferred)

+ General computer skills, including **Microsoft Office**

+ Ability to **lift, load, and deliver** merchandise

+ Strong **math, communication, and decision-making** skills

+ A positive attitude and a **willingness to learn**
