    Summary:

    The product team within IQVIA’s Patient Support Services (PSS) group is focused on building the next generation of connected innovations to support patients and caregivers on behalf of our clients. We are seeking the best, brightest, and motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking to add a Senior Business Analyst – Patient Relationship Manager to our team.

    Job Overview:

    Provides expertise and systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions.

    Essential Functions:

    + Owns the requirements process including prioritizing and translating high level requirements into detailed user stories that the development team can execute against.

    + Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.

    + Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering system capacity and limitations, operating needs, and form of desired results.

    + Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

    + Serves as product expert for users, able to bring creative ad-hoc solutions to advanced use cases.

    + Monitors and evaluates product progress including outcomes of deliverables, and recommends additional improvements based on internal and customer feedback.

    + Supports in mitigating impediments to ensure successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

    Qualifications:

    + Requires intermediate level knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with 2-3 years of prior relevant employment experience.

    + Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes to enable execution of those skills.

    + Skill in clearly communicating complex technical information to lay audiences.

    + Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy

    + Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

    + Knowledge of Patient Support Services and programs a plus

    + Experience with the following tools:

    + Proficient User of Excel, PowerPoint, & Word

    + Microsoft Dynamics

    + JIRA, including SDLC process

    + Confluence

    + Lucidchart

    + Smartsheets

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,600.00 - $211,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
