    ? What You’ll Do:

    + Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction tailored to meet diverse student needs.

    + Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom where every child feels seen and supported.

    + Use a variety of instructional strategies and educational technologies to enhance learning.

    + Assess and monitor student progress to inform instruction and support growth.

    + Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to ensure student success.

    + Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

     
     

    + A valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license in the appropriate subject area.

    + A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.

    + Strong classroom management and communication skills .
