    Pay: $35–$40 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    + Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction tailored to student needs.

    + Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

    + Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies.

    + Assess and monitor student progress.

    + Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff.

    + Participate in professional development and school initiatives.

    Requirements:

    + Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license in the appropriate subject area.

    + Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.

    + Strong classroom management and communication skills.

    + Commitment to equity and culturally responsive teaching.
