    Are you passionate about music education and ready to lead a talented group of young musicians? We’re looking for a dedicated and inspiring High School Orchestra Teacher to join our creative and collaborative school community!

     
     

    + Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in orchestra and instrumental music.

    + Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven classroom environment.

    + Conduct rehearsals and performances that showcase student growth and musical excellence.

    + Integrate technology and diverse teaching strategies to support all learners.

    + Assess and monitor student progress to guide instruction and support development.

    + Collaborate with colleagues, families, and the broader arts community.

    + Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide arts initiatives.

     
     

    + A valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license in Music Education.

    + A Bachelor’s degree in music, music education, or a related field.

    + Strong classroom management , conducting, and communication skills.

    + A commitment to equity, creativity , and student-centered learning .
