    As a Temporary LMS Administrator supporting the Schoox LMS implementation project, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition of learning content into the new platform. Your responsibilities include updating and converting e-learning content into Articulate Storyline, creating AI voiceovers, and setting up and testing learning materials within Schoox LMS. This position requires strong LMS administration experience, preferably with prior involvement in LMS implementations and content migrations.

     

    Reporting to the Talent Development & Learning Manager, this role will work in close collaboration with and provide high quality support to the Human Resources and IT Teams supporting LMS Implementation.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Update existing e-learning content by converting PowerPoint presentations into Articulate Storyline modules

    + Develop new and enhance existing course materials using Articulate Storyline.

    + Produce AI-generated voiceovers for courses using Eleven Labs technology.

    + Upload, configure, and rigorously test e-learning content within Schoox LMS to ensure accuracy and usability.

    + Collaborate closely with Talent Development teams, IT, and external vendors to support the LMS implementation effort.

    + Set up and assign courses, learning paths, and reports in Schoox LMS.

    + Identify and troubleshoot content-related issues promptly to maintain system integrity during rollout.

    + Document all processes related to course conversion, voiceover creation, and LMS setup procedures.

    + Provide user support for content access and functionality during the user acceptance testing phase.

    Education and Experience:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Demonstrated experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).

    + Proficiency in Articulate Storyline for e-learning development and PowerPoint conversion.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

    + Familiarity with AI voiceover tools such as Eleven Labs or similar platforms.

    + Strong technical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience within corporate talent development or learning functions.

    + Knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices.

    + Previous experience with LMS implementation projects, including content migration, highly preferred.

    Work Schedule:

    This is a temporary position from August 2025 through January 2026.
