**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst** to join our team in **Washington, D.C** .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Specialist in technical or business matters

+ Monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance.

+ Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.

+ Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions.

+ Works with suppliers to resolve issues.

+ May assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.

+ May assume a team lead role for working groups.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 4 additional years of relevant experience may satisfy degree requirement.

+ 4+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.

+ Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).

+ Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must hold an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
