**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Logistics Analyst** to join our team in **Washington, D.C** .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.

+ Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.

+ Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.

+ Ensures rational distribution and delivery according to analysis report and tracking records.

+ Communicates goals in project terms.

+ May provide a leadership role for work groups through knowledge in the area of specialization.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 18 years of relevant experience may satisfy degree requirement.

+ 10+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.

+ Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).

+ Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must hold an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
