Job Description
Our Manufacturing operations team is seeking a rework technician with the following skills and experience:
Working from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans utilizing manufacturing test development or diagnostic equipment performs functions such as design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly. Coordinates with engineers in the set-up and calibration of tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. May assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process and to collect design data or assist in research work.
_Position is first shift on a 4/10 Mon-Thurs. work schedule!_
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Atleast three years of professional experience or an equivalent background in manufacturing is required.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience in J-standard and IPC soldering
Knowledge in CCA and PCB board repairs
Comprehension of engineering change orders
Proven experience interpreting wiring schematics, assembly, and crimping
Experience communicating with peers and leadership
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64723 - $103557
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
