Your Key Responsibilities
+ Analyze market trends in IT and Digitalization, scout for and evaluate potential business ideas.
+ Collect, discuss, bundle, and prioritize business needs, shaping the nature, content, and scope of demands.
+ Develop business cases and concepts in collaboration with business or functional units, initiate projects, and monitor their realization from a functional perspective.
+ Define business requirements and set priorities in coordination with business or functional stakeholders.
+ Engage with work councils and governance stakeholders to manage non-functional requirements.
+ Estimate costs and define manufacturing methods and processes.
+ Establish consistent and accurate time standards and contribute to MRP, SCP, and quality systems concepts.
+ Participate as a team member in launch activities and budget projects.
Your Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree: Prefer Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, but may consider other technically oriented disciplines
+ Must be a self-starter, able to trouble shoot and find solutions to technical challenges
+ Experience in Java, Python, HTML, SQL with preferred hands on with applications such as Mendex or Visual Studio
+ External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
