What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an NP or PA with at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, who shares our commitment to high-quality, whole-person care. Our ideal candidate will:

+ Be skilled and confident in seeing patients across the age spectrum, from pediatrics to geriatrics

+ Embrace preventive care as a cornerstone of wellness and patient engagement

+ Manage both acute and chronic conditions with attentiveness, empathy, and sound clinical judgment

+ Thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to a culture of respect and shared purpose

Highlights:

+ Compensation:

+ $150,000 base salary

+ $190,000+/year production compensation

+ Relocation/ Sign-on bonus

+ Provider autonomy with strong admin & group support

+ 40 min establishing appointments

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

+ Minimum 1 years experience as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) within an out-patient Primary Care clinic

+ Current Nurse Practitioner license

+ Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

+ Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

+ Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

+ In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Respect for patient's confidentiality

+ Compassionate and approachable

+ Responsible and trustworthy

+ Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

+ While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

+ The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.

+ The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
