Right now, we’re looking for a driven, collaborative, and strategic **Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP)** to join our HR team at the **Susquehanna nuclear power plant** near Berwick, PA.

The **Senior HR Business Partner** will work closely with leadership across the Susquehanna site to align talent strategies with business objectives, drive operational excellence, and build a culture of high performance. This role is a hands-on, strategic partner role — responsible for providing a full range of HR services including labor and employee relations, organizational development, performance management, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and leadership coaching.

+ **Partner with business leaders** to optimize talent, organization structure, processes, and culture in alignment with business goals.

+ Provide high-level employee and labor relations counsel, including contract interpretation, grievance handling, and investigations.

+ Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality services across the organization.

+ Coach and support leaders on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement strategies.

+ Facilitate and implement HR initiatives to support both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic goals.

+ Drive recruitment strategies and workforce planning in alignment with business and talent priorities.

+ Use HR metrics and reporting to inform decision-making and business insights.

+ Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness.

+ Mentor and develop junior HR team members and step in for the Sr HR Manager as needed.

+ Support employee satisfaction initiatives and drive a positive, inclusive, high-performing work environment.

What You Have

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline

+ 8+ years progressive HR experience

+ Strong experience in **labor and employee relations** , including contract administration and grievance processes

+ Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access to a nuclear facility

+ PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

+ Strong business acumen and organizational insight

+ Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization

+ Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

+ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

+ Demonstrated experience in organizational development, leadership coaching, performance management, and talent acquisition

+ Solid understanding of Federal and State employment laws and regulations

+ Strong project management, negotiation, and change management capabilities

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a highly regulated environment

+ HR experience in manufacturing, power generation, or union environments highly preferred
