What You-ll Do

+ Lead pre-development efforts including due diligence, utility data analysis, and stakeholder coordination

+ Manage lender and tenant approvals for clean energy installations

+ Support development teams with RFQ/RFP processes and project execution

+ Oversee project incentives, financial documentation, and compliance

+ Monitor and report on energy production, financial performance, and REC management

+ Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver clean energy solutions across NorthPoint-s industrial portfolio

Who You Are

+ A seasoned energy developer with 5+ years of experience in clean energy project development

+ Bachelor-s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

+ Strong understanding of solar, battery, EV charging, and energy efficiency technologies

+ Skilled in project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

+ Passionate about clean energy and sustainability

+ Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
