    What You'll Do:

    + Be the key hub for management, supporting with scheduling, travel planning, and day-to-day communications.

    + Orchestrate department operations—plan, organize, and schedule staff activities, and keep work flowing seamlessly.

    + Serve as an essential backup for fellow admins and help ensure all staff receive top-notch training.

    + Play a vital role in preparing and maintaining contracts, handling building maintenance, and overseeing office supplies.

    + Help plan department meetings, training sessions, and team events that build our dynamic culture.

    + Step in to support HR with hiring, onboarding, and employee records—grow your HR skills!

    + Coordinate payroll, invoices, and accounts payable; keep financial processes organized and on track.

    + Make a difference in an environment where your attention to detail and compassion are valued.

    **Qualifications** :

    + Associate's degree in a related field ( _preferred_ ).

    + 2-3 years of administrative support experience (or a similar combination of education/experience).

    + Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + A talent for multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in a busy workplace.

    + Communicative, reliable, and ready to support coworkers with a positive, quality-driven attitude.
