    FIELD COORDINATOR

    We’re looking to hire a **Field Coordinator** at our **Dacono CO** location. Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner to assist the Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    + Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation

    + Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members

    + Create and maintain daily and material reports

    + Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management

    + Track equipment usage and track as needed

    + Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed

    + Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and gather all compliance documents required for closeout

    + Assist operations management with various field duties

    + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary

    + Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

    + Perform miscellaneous duties assigned

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

    + High school Diploma or equivalent

    + Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills

    + Strong communications and interpersonal skills

    + Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Must hold a valid Driver’s License

    + Physical activity for the role includes:

    + Travel as needed between job site and office

    + Walking for long periods, on variable terrain

    + Sitting and standing for long periods

    + Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.

    + Repeated motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead

    + Manual dexterity for computer and small equipment use

    + Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
