    We are currently looking for a Program Officer who shares our passion for child-centered development and community empowerment. If you're a development professional committed to making a real difference in the lives of children and youth, we’d love to hear from you.

     

    •Key Responsibilities

    + Design and implement impactful programs that respond to the needs and aspirations of children and youth.

    + Facilitate community engagement through inclusive workshops, meetings, and events that promote local ownership and participation.

    + Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data and insights to continuously improve our work.

    + Build strong partnerships with community members, local government units, and other stakeholders to create a safe and supportive environment for children.

    •What We’re Looking For

    + A strong commitment to child rights and youth empowerment.

    + A degree in social work, development studies, or a related field.

    + 2–3 years of experience in community development or child-focused programming.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Aproactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate.

    Reports to: Program Operations Manager

     

    This role requires field work.
