We are currently looking for an **Account Manager** to join our innovative, growing company.
The Account Manager will be theliaison between our CE client and National Field Training team. The training team’s main objective is to drive awareness and advocacy in the Retailer and Carrier channel, which ultimately drives sales. This position carries with it the responsibility to ensure that they are managing internal communication, senior relationships, and overall goals and objectives for our client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Build account relationships with our CE client to ensure continued partnership.
+ Communicate corporate objectives and strategy to the field team.
+ Gather quantifiable and timely insights from the field and communicate back to the client through regular reporting and communication cadences.
+ Contribute to strategy and roadmap for new product launches, and execute this strategy through the field team to provide best in-class customer experiences.
+ Keeping close to competitive product development and launches, marketing and pricing strategies, value prop development along with selection and integration of strategic partners.
+ Develop high level business cases to guide decisions, and work with the client to refine business cases to gain program and/or project funding approval.
+ Clearly document and communicate objectives, requirements, and objectives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Positive attitude & passion for CE
+ 5+ years of merchandising/marketing experience, including understanding the end-to-end customer journey and 4Ps of Marketing
+ Strong account management, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Can see the "big picture" and identify the key factors and block out the noises
+ A logical thinker with strong analytical skills and financial acumen
+ Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
+ Proven experience managing and tracking performance against assigned directives and KPIs.
+ Knowledgeable assisting in the analysis of sales and market/territory data used to provide consultation and/or correction for underperforming stores.
+ Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.
+ Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members, sales associates, management, and clients
+ Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple (and often conflicting) demands.
+ Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
