    Intelligence and Controlled Access Program Analyst

    Key Role:

    Leverage intelligence research experience and conventional weapons knowledge to perform threat analysis and characterization. Analyze, characterize, and assess threats based on all available information in the intelligence community (IC) record, threat characterization studies that extend beyond the intelligence record, and SME experience and judgment, for a broad spectrum of conventional weapon systems across terrestrial, maritime, air, and space domains. Provide assessments on system research and development activities, timelines, designs, configurations, capabilities, performance, operations, employment strategies, and signatures. Tailor assessments to inform client initiatives working to generate, evaluate, and recommend force designs for U.S. space-based systems, services, and architectures. Apply knowledge of weapon system architectures, employment, networks, and technology along with experience using IC tools and databases to identify, extract, and analyze pertinent information and provide technical analysis to support protection initiatives. Engage IC partners to develop integrated analysis plans, solicit further insights, and collaborate on additional research. Identify information gaps and threat information needs to task IC entities via standard IC tasking processes and request for information tools to conduct additional collection and analysis. Contribute knowledge of threat systems to critical factors analysis. Author and coordinate threat assessment products on missile programs, combining intelligence information and Department of Defense (DoD) technical and operations analysis in collaboration with IC and DoD partners. Collaborate with the client and IC to request, coordinate, and process special accesses for program personnel to enable specialized reporting within facilities with the appropriate security levels. Document and report security-related activities to the responsible parties. Implement security practices, procedures, and inspections in accordance with all applicable policies and guidelines. Develop and deliver annual and refresher training for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and special access program (SAP) facility (SAPF) personnel covering classified material handling, operational security awareness, and SAP protocol adherence.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis and production

    + 3+ years of experience in the DoD, IC, or contractor program security officer

    + 3+ years of experience supporting special access programs in either an intelligence or security analyst role

    + 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis and production

    + 3+ years of experience with operational weapon system intelligence analysis and production

    + Knowledge of foreign weapons or space system design and performance attributes

    + Knowledge of SAPF accreditation, management, and compliance

    + Ability to manage facility access control systems, including access logs and program personnel security clearances

    + Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

    + HS diploma or GED

    Additional Qualifications:

    + Experience providing intelligence support to research and development efforts

    + Experience documenting security incidents, identifying and implementing corrective actions

    + Experience maintaining inventory of classified and Controlled Unclassified Information in a SCIF or SAPF

    + Knowledge of foreign military operations and dependencies

    + Knowledge of U.S. national and service-specific IC roles and responsibilities, and national security space systems and architectures

    + Knowledge of IC reporting, sources, dissemination mechanisms, and tradecrafts

    + Knowledge of current DoD Combatant Command and Component intelligence operations

    + Ability to regularly conduct audits and oversee security functions to ensure compliance with SAP standards

    + Ability to work in a dynamic environment, focused on networking with other IC partners

    + Bachelor's degree in Physical Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or an Intelligence- related field

    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
