    THIS POSITION IS BASED IN DAVENPORT, IOWA AND PROVIDES SERVICES TO OUR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS IN EASTERN IOWA.

     

    Our family owned company has been in business for nearly a century, providing premium dairy products to Iowa families. AE Dairy is looking for route delivery drivers to become valued members of our team. We are looking for drivers that want a long term career- not just a job!

     

    + NO OVERNIGHT TRAVEL- SLEEP IN YOUR OWN BED @ HOME EVERY DAY/ NIGHT.

    + PROVIDES DELIVERY SERVICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS IN THE DAVENPORT, IOWA REGIONAL AREA.

    + DAILY WAGE GUARANTEES.

    + Business-to-Business Transactions ONLY.

    + Company provided uniforms.

    + Company provided safety shoes.

    + Well maintained, late model trucks.

    The AE Dairy Driver:

    + Must have a valid and current CDL Class A .

    + Must demonstrate safe driving practices.

    + Must comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations, company policies and procedures.

    + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product.

    + Must learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads.

    + Must prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles.

    + Must demonstrate customer-focused PROFESSIONALISM in all interactions with customers and the general public.

    + Must show enthusiasm for and a strong commitment to the AE Brand.

    Compensation and Benefit plans:

    + FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.

    Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
