Abound Health is seeking a Business Analyst to join our OnTarget Product Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management. You’ll play a key role in managing escalated support issues, writing custom data queries, and facilitating Agile team meetings to support the continuous improvement of the OnTarget platform.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and prioritize escalated tickets requiring developer attention

+ Create and groom requirements for escalated issues and customer enhancements

+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, grooming sessions, and iteration planning

+ Collaborate across teams to improve the user and support experience

+ Develop and manage custom data queries and reports using PostgreSQL

+ Maintain clear documentation and support communication across product cycles

+ Analyze metrics and manage iteration backlog and user stories

Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master

+ 4+ years working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

+ 2+ years strong knowledge of databases and experience with SQL/PostgreSQL

+ Experience collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong critical thinking, organization, and multitasking abilities

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field

Compensation & Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $66,000 - $73,000

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
