Job Summary

Lead with purpose, grow with people. As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will drive HR strategy and execution across Nationals Park, building a culture that empowers employees, ensures compliance, and aligns with Levy’s mission of excellence.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

+ 5+ years of progressive HR management experience

+ Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

+ Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

+ SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

+ Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution

+ Guide performance management and succession planning

+ Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures

+ Lead training and development initiatives

+ Support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
