The Job

You'll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux-Core process (309 wire on ½" carbon plate). You'll read and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions including overhead and vertical, in high-pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems.

What We're Looking For

+ 3+ years of industrial welding experience

+ Ability to pass bend-tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux-Core, 309 wire)

+ Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces

+ Willing to travel continuously nationwide

+ Must be 21+ with a valid ID and clean background (no felonies in the last 7 years)

+ Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

+ Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety

Pay & Benefits

+ $25/hour base pay + $15/hour travel pay + $30/day per diem
