    Shift Supervisor Role

    Our Shift Supervisors support the Store Manager, open and close the restaurant, train new team members, and—most importantly—take a personal stake in ensuring every guest returns for “The Goodcents Experience.”

    + Mastery of Crew Member, Slice Master, Bread Master, and Certified Trainer responsibilities

    + Ability to lead and inspire the team daily

    + Strong attention to profitability, cost management, and guest satisfaction

    + Energetic, positive approach to managing shifts

    + Accurate preparation and adjustment of food build-to charts

    + Responsibility for managing inventories, orders, scheduling, payroll, and sales reporting (level-specific duties)

    Team Member Requirements

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + No prior experience necessary—training provided!

    + Physical capability to stand, bend, walk, twist repetitively, and lift (up to 40 lbs occasionally)

    + Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance

    + Completion and approval of a background check required for entry into the Management Training Program
