Skiptown is looking for our next Guest Experience Skipper—someone who can own the full journey for our pet parents, from digital to in-person, and make it feel seamless, personal, and unforgettable.

What You'll Do

As a Skipper, you'll be the heart of the experience. You'll:

+ Greet guests with energy and professionalism at the front desk

+ Guide pup parents through the “I'm Here” check-in process for pet care services

+ Review daily appointments, prep food bins, and ensure every pup is ready to roll

+ Oversee grooming appointment flow and client coordination

+ Manage incoming messages in Gladly, our communication platform (think: text, email, live chat)

+ Resolve client questions with clarity, empathy, and follow-through

+ Upsell services like bar memberships and grooming add-ons when it's the right fit

+ Work alongside all other teams to keep operations running smoothly
