    As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Lucid, you will be instrumental in driving the continued rapid growth of Lucid's Work Acceleration Platform. Your efforts will primarily be dedicated to supporting the suite of products and other focused solutions targeted towards personas and/or industry verticals.

    Responsibilities:

    + Know our users better than anyone else, including what they need, why they buy, and what they want from us in the future.

    + Work closely with Product Management partners in the following areas:

    + Support the development and launch of new product capabilities around coordination and team engagement.

    + Research, develop, and launch specific integrations that will add value for current users, as well as acquire new customers for existing solutions.

    + Provide support to partners and customers who build integrations into Lucid’s platform via our open APIs.

    + Help craft a compelling and industry leading marketing strategy for AI across Lucid’s websites and customer-facing channels.

    + Work cross-functionally with the demand generation team and content marketing team to assist with programs, in conjunction with other marketing teams, that drive self-serve usage and sales opportunities.

    + Own positioning and messaging for given product launches and personas, ensuring we tell a highly-relevant, highly-impactful story across all user touchpoints.

    + Organize and regularly update the customer roadmap, working with partners in Product Management to accurately reflect planned areas of product development.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    + 2-4 years of product marketing or related experience in enterprise software, with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

    + You are creative, articulate, influential, and engaging, with a proven track record of success.

    + You are a self-learner, willing to learn new skills, industries, and platforms, including the most technical aspects and use cases at Lucid.

    + You are familiar with AI and are comfortable working with it, both to support your own workflows and also to integrate AI-driven strategies across the business.

    + You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, are flexible when priorities shift, and are willing to apply new strategies as challenges evolve.

    + You are comfortable working with people in a variety of roles across the organization. You are quick to build relationships of trust and collaborate well with others.

    + You are constantly improving, with an insatiable appetite for learning.

    + You are interested in getting exposure to different parts of the business and working with a variety of teams and departments.

    + You take ownership of problems and never shy away from a challenge.

    + You are honest, direct, professional, and open to feedback and input from others.

    + You know how to prioritize your work and the initiatives you champion.
