    **Sodexo** is seeking a skilled **Food Operations Manager** to lead an innovative, culinary program for a **Corporate Services Account in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.** As a Food Operations Manager, you’ll use your expertise to oversee front of house operations, consisting of breakfast and lunch while managing a dynamic team, and delivering exceptional service to the client.     What You'll Do

    + Oversee food service operations ensuring smooth and efficient breakfast and lunch service

    + Supervise and support the hourly team and manage inventory and ordering

    + Successfully coordinate and delegate all day-to-day tasks alongside frontline team

    + Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth

    + Demonstrate expertise in food service, culinary trends, team building to ensure seamless operations

    + Ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
