    + Applicants must live within 30 minutes of Franklinville, NJ

    + Must have a valid drivers license

    + PT leading to FT

    + Applicant should have the following skills

    + You should be capable of heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds).

    + Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

    + A track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements.

    + Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.

    + Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.

    + Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: asphalt/concrete, painting, carpentry

    + Maintain a safe work environment.

    + Demonstrate persistence, strive to improve skills and achieve goals.

    + You should have your own basic set of tools

    + Willingness to learn and grow
