At Huron, Sr Associates lead with expertise and collaboration, partnering with Huron and client leaders to create sustainable solutions that drive meaningful results. As Sr Associate, with our BI & DM Team, you will play an integral role on the team leading one or more project work streams helping clients solve their most complex digital challenges. You’ll work on varied projects, gain valuable, hands-on consulting, and change management experience, while positively impacting mission-driven organizations.

Requirements:
+ **Design & develop data solutions** using Microsoft Fabric, ADF, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake Storage.
+ **Leverage Microsoft Fabric** for unified data engineering, real-time analytics, and AI-driven insights across business applications.
+ **Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines** using Fabric Dataflows, ADF, Databricks, and SQL.
+ **Implement Azure Synapse Analytics** and Fabric Data Warehouse for enterprise data management.
+ **Process large datasets** using Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Analytics, and Spark.
+ **Design data models** and performance tuning for efficient data retrieval and processing.
+ **Develop interactive Power BI dashboards** and integrate AI-driven insights from Microsoft Fabric.
+ **Ensure data security and compliance** with access controls, governance, and industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
Preferences:
+ **Microsoft Fabric & Azure Data Services:** Proficient with One Lake, Dataflows, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, ADF, Synapse Analytics, SQL Database, and Azure Databricks.
+ **ETL/ELT & Big Data Processing:** Skilled in Fabric Pipelines, Data Transformation, Spark, and Delta Lake for large-scale processing.
+ **Programming & Scripting:** Strong command of SQL, Python, Scala, and PowerShell for data manipulation and automation.
+ **Data Modeling & Warehousing:** Deep understanding of Star and Snowflake schemas, normalization, and performance optimization.
+ **Visualization & Reporting:** Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and integrating Fabric AI-powered insights for decision-making.
+ **Security, Governance & DevOps:** Experienced with Microsoft Purview, AAD, RBAC, Data Masking, and implementing DevOps/CI-CD practices.
+ **Soft Skills & Qualifications:** Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills; certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, or Power BI certification (preferred) along with a BE/BTech/MS/MTech.
