As an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst, play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions through the following responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Process Improvement: Identify and document areas of improvement in business processes and systems.
• Solution Development: Recommend procedures and solutions to meet business needs.
• Communication: Provide effective communication between business and technical teams. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings
Requirements:
+ 6+ years of overall BA experience, with at least 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA).
+ Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (sales planning, execution, and quote-to-order processes) & Service cloud.
+ Should have prior experience (at least in 3 projects) of leading/driving the discovery sessions for medium to large scale projects. Should be well versed with all aspects and deliverables that are expected from a BA. Should be able to understand the client requirements, propose options on how they can be accomplished in Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce admin and point and click tasks would be highly preferred.
+ Proficient in documenting requirements, use cases, user stories, and performing acceptance testing.
+ Skilled in stakeholder communication and translating business needs into product features; able to train users on changes.
Preferences:
+ Proficiency in SOQL, Agile methodology, SDLC, Jira, and Salesforce reports & dashboards.
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; basic familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Windows.
+ Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator certifications preferred; basic knowledge of Salesforce admin/config and minor data loads.
