    Brentwood, TN (In-Office position, NOT Remote)

For the first time in history, financial institutions can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Brentwood, TN office.

    The successful candidate will

    + Offer quick and accurate assistance to customers

    + Have strong attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills

    + Have a process improvement mindset with a humble and a "get it done" attitude

    + Have strong written and verbal communications skills in the English language

    + Be a self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    Responsibilities

    + Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions,and general client concerns

    + Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate

    + Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs

    + Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately

    + Promote interest in client products and services

    + Consistently achieve established standards of the position

    + May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

    What you need for this role

    + At least 2 years in either a call center or customer service environment

    + Maintain regular and predictable attendance

    + Work cooperatively with others

    + Strong work ethic with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

    + Positive attitude and professional demeanor

    + Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role

    + Ability to compose professional emails
