    Position Summary:

    The Non-CDL O&L Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery, suction, and pump-off of oil and lubricant (O&L) products to customer job sites in accordance with company standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, active medical card, and a commitment to safe driving practices and regulatory compliance.

    Pay & Schedule:

    + Hourly Rate: $22.50/hour

    + Pay Frequency: Weekly

    + Schedule: Full-time; must be flexible with hours based on business and route needs

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure all mechanical, safety, and emergency systems are functioning properly

    + Collect and verify delivery instructions, routes, and required documentation

    + Operate company trucks safely and responsibly, ensuring cargo is properly secured

    + Pump off products using truck-mounted equipment; avoid spills and ensure accurate delivery amounts

    + Utilize Samsara to:

    + Log Hours of Service (HOS)

    + Complete DVIRs

    + Submit delivery forms and truck fuel receipts

    + Load and unload trucks safely; assist others when needed

    + Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area

    + Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and vendors

    + Adjust routes using GPS or mapping tools to optimize efficiency

    + Submit all completed paperwork daily

    + Wear all required PPE and follow all DOT and company safety guidelines

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED

    + Experience: Previous related driving or oilfield experience preferred but not required

    + License/Certifications:

    + Valid driver's license

    + Current medical card
