Job Summary:

The Quality Control Tech II provides general administrative support to the Quality Control Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Perform general clerical functions including filing, scanning, data entry, and digital document storage.

+ Prepare, organize, and file Quality, Production, Inspection and Shipping Records.

+ Provide administrative support and assistance to the Quality Control Department as needed.

+ Organize and prepare a report on the work orders in-process in the Quality Control Department.

+ Provide administrative support for the management of purchase orders to outside service vendors.

+ Perform data entry and retrieve information from the enterprise software system (Visual).

+ Provide administrative support for the management of the tool calibration system.

+ Provide additional administrative support to the General Manager and Management Staff.

+ Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work.

+ Knowledge of and ability to use enterprise software (Visual, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

+ Fundamental understanding of the activities and requirements of the Quality Control Department.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support Quality Control Department personnel.

+ Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Minimum of one year of office/administrative experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of advanced education (Associate's Degree) and experience.

+ FAI and PPAP experience required
