    Physical Therapist

    + **_Outpatient - Troy, OH_**

    + **_Part-Time: 20 Hours per week | Two-10 hour days | No Weekends_**

     

    Under the general supervision of the Rehabilitation Supervisor and in alignment with established policies and procedures, the **Physical Therapist** is responsible for delivering high-quality care across all patient populations served. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Conducting initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharge summaries

    + Providing patient-centered treatment based on evaluations and reassessments

    + Completing all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner

    + Maintaining productivity in accordance with departmental standards

    + Delegating tasks appropriately to support personnel

    + Actively participating in case management of patient care plans

    + Performing non-clinical duties that contribute to efficient daily operations

    + Participating in one to two departmental, hospital, or community meetings or programs

    + Teaching, orienting, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, including new employees, volunteers, observers, and at least one student annually

     

    This role is essential to supporting comprehensive rehabilitation services and fostering a collaborative, educational, and patient-focused environment.

     

    + Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

    + Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively problem-solve, plan, and prioritize tasks.

    + Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

    + Ability to exercise independent judgment, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.

    + Consistently displays professionalism through a positive attitude, initiative, dependability, and collaboration.

    + Proficient in both verbal and written communication.

    + Committed to ethical practice, in accordance with the APTA Code of Ethics.

    + Current BLS Certification required.
